What makes our Spring Tonic stand out from the rest? We use Gentian root as the bittering agent, which makes it quinine-free. Made with notes of lemon verbena, hyssop, and allspice, it makes an excellent Gin & Tonic (using less sugar than regular tonic waters). Try our creative take on a classic tonic!
